Policies

No Tip Policy: we are a non-tipping spa.  Please honor us instead by leaving a review on Google or Yelp!  Thank you!

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment within 12 of your scheduled appointment time by phone, email, or text. If you cancel your scheduled appointment without giving 12-hour notice, you agree to pay 30% of the scheduled appointment costs.  If you need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency, please call, text or email ASAP to reschedule your appointment.

      *Please note that if you are not feeling well, have any symptoms related to COVID-19, or any other illness, please call, text, or email to reschedule your appointment.  Exceptions to the 12-hour cancelation policy will be granted on a case by case basis only in these situations.


Late Policy: If you arrive late to your appointment your service will be limited due to the other appointments scheduled.  If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will not be able to accommodate your appointment and you will need to reschedule.


No Show Policy: If you no call/no show to a scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the amount of the scheduled service.  If you no call/no show 3 consecutive times, you will no longer be accepted as a client.


Card On File:  You will need to enter credit card information to reserve your appointment.  This card information is safely secured in our scheduling system and WILL NOT be charged UNLESS you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment or no call/no show your scheduled appointment.


Refunds: All services and products are non-refundable.  If you are unhappy with any service you receive, please contact us immediately so that we can come to the best solution.  You may return unopened products.  However, once purchased products have been opened, they CANNOT be returned or exchanged.


Minor Treatment Policy: All minors between 8-16 who are receiving a service, MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian and parent/guardian must complete appropriate intake forms.  All clients 16-18 must have a parent/guardian signature before receiving any services. *No children under the age of 13 are allowed to accompany any client when receiving services.


Privacy Policy:  All client files are confidential except when subpoenaed by a court of law. The conversations you have with your therapist will remain confidential unless pertaining to harming yourself or someone else. Client lists and emails are confidential. We do not share our client's lists with outside companies.


Scope of Practice: Estheticians do not diagnose illness, disease, or physical or mental disorders, nor do they prescribe medical treatment, pharmaceuticals, or perform spinal manipulations or skeletal adjustments, and that nothing said in the course of the session given should be construed as such.
